1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility

Registration by or on behalf of minors is strictly prohibited. jum99 operates a mandatory identity verification process, and any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned to the source of deposit.
To be eligible to register and maintain an account with jum99, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

- You are a natural person with legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or trustee for any third party;

Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified by jum99 may result in account suspension and/or the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
3 Account Registration & Security
3.1 One Account Per Person
Each eligible person may register and maintain only one account with jum99. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jum99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein, without prior notice.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your membership. jum99 is not responsible for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information, including loss arising from delayed or failed communications where contact details on record are incorrect.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jum99 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jum99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify jum99 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 Identity Verification
jum99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Documents required may include, without limitation, a copy of your Malaysian MyKad or passport, proof of residential address, and source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals above specified thresholds. jum99 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and withhold winnings pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
jum99 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of transaction, which may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, and FPX bank transfers (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating Malaysian financial institutions). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the deposit interface. jum99 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from payment sources in the name of third parties.
Deposits are credited to your jum99 wallet upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider. jum99 is not responsible for delays attributable to payment service providers, network congestion, or banking system downtime.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been registered and verified on your jum99 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. jum99 reserves the right to process withdrawals via the same method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible.
Withdrawal processing times are indicative and subject to the completion of identity verification, satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and the operating hours and processing speeds of the relevant payment provider. jum99 does not charge fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
4.3 Currency
All transactions on jum99 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). jum99 does not apply currency conversion charges. Funds deposited in MYR are held in MYR and withdrawn in MYR.
4.4 Unclaimed Funds
jum99 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to accounts that have remained inactive (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more, subject to applicable law and prior written notice to the registered account email address.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
jum99 may from time to time offer bonuses, cashback credits, free spins, and other promotions to members ("Promotions"). Each Promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions that will be published at the time of the offer. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general principles apply:
- Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn;
- Bonuses may be used on specified games or game categories only, as stated in the promotion terms;
- jum99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice;
- One Promotion per eligible account, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise specified;
- Attempting to exploit Promotions through irregular wagering patterns, use of multiple accounts, or any other form of abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6 Gaming Rules
All games offered on jum99 — including live casino games, slot games, and sportsbook markets — are subject to the rules of the individual game or market as displayed within the game interface or sportsbook platform. In the event of a conflict between a game's displayed rules and these Terms, the game's displayed rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay mechanics; these Terms shall govern all other matters.
jum99 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for virtual games and independently audited hardware for live casino shuffle procedures. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee the outcome of any individual session.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or interruption during a game session, jum99 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter in accordance with the affected game's provider rules. jum99 is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. Game outcomes that have been settled and credited or debited to accounts are final unless jum99 identifies a manifest error.

7 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during the account lifecycle;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the jum99 platform;
- Engaging in collusion with other members in any casino or sportsbook activity;
- Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or promotional mechanics in a manner not consistent with good faith gameplay;
- Using the jum99 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose;
- Making chargebacks or reversing deposits after the deposited funds have been wagered, in whole or in part;
- Accessing jum99 from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law;
- Allowing or facilitating access to your jum99 account by any third party.
jum99 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, jum99 may permanently close the account, forfeit any balance, and report the matter to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
8 Intellectual Property
All content on the jum99 platform — including without limitation the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game content licensed from third-party providers, and any compilations thereof — is the property of jum99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jum99 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any jum99 content without our prior written consent. The jum99 name, logo, and associated trademarks may not be used in connection with any product, service, or activity that could cause confusion or that disparages jum99.
9 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jum99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the jum99 platform;
- Any loss of revenue, profits, gaming winnings, or data arising from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or third-party failures;
- Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the jum99 platform, including game descriptions, odds, and RTP figures.
jum99's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jum99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
10 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Suspension & Closure
11.1 Suspension by jum99
jum99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering; non-completion of KYC verification within the required timeframe; account inactivity; or receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider.
11.2 Closure by Member
You may request closure of your jum99 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements.
11.3 Forfeiture of Balances
In the event that jum99 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms — including prohibited conduct, provision of false information, or exploitation of Promotions — jum99 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in whole or in part without compensation.
12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of jum99, you should first contact jum99 customer support to seek an informal resolution. jum99 will endeavour to respond to and resolve all account-related complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may seek resolution through the relevant legal channels available under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights where such rights cannot lawfully be excluded.
13 Amendments to These Terms
jum99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, jum99 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by posting a notice on the jum99 platform and/or sending a notification to your registered contact details. Your continued use of jum99 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any amendments, you must cease using jum99 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2. The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, will always be accessible at jum99.app/terms-conditions.
